With Building Control signoff, the two new houses at Meavaig North are ready to live in. We can now open up for applications for the tenancies of No1 (2bed) and No.2 (3bed) Scourst View. Both are for long-term let with a standard Private Residential Tenancy Agreement. Availability is immediate.

No. 1 Scourst View

This is a new-build, detatched, 2 bedroom house. It is let unfurnished, but with vinyl flooring to kitchen and bathroom areas. No white goods are included. It is a single storey property with a large kitchen/diner/lounge area with views over the loch. There is a large double bedroom with a further single bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes. A separate toilet and shower room lies between the bedrooms. Heating is electric; there are panel heaters and a heat recovery and ventilation system. All windows are double glazed. Outside there is a small patio area, a washing line and parking for two vehicles. The drive is shared with the adjacent property.

It is helpful to see an application opportunity presented in a straightforward way, since clear eligibility and timing can be the difference between someone applying or missing out. Posts like this also give people a reason to pause and consider a new direction. During breaks from forms and planning, the dead plate game has been an interesting narrative distraction for me. I hope the opportunity reaches applicants who will make the most of it.

In Wheelie Life, players take control of a motorcycle and test their ability to maintain perfect balance. The main goal is to keep the bike on one wheel for as long as possible. Careful acceleration and quick adjustments are important during every run. The physics-based gameplay creates a realistic riding experience. Each mistake helps players understand how to improve their technique. With enough practice, achieving longer distances becomes easier.
