Trust Offices
Back in 2005-2006, we purchased two properties in Tarbert with the intention of building a centrally located, purpose built office space and meeting rooms for for our organisation.

As facilitating affordable housing has always been seen as a key priority, two flats were also incorporated into the design. Once the necessary funding was identified, we were able to proceed with the build from 2009.
​
Tigh an Urrais was completed in 2011 and sits in a prominent and visible position in the village, keeping our services easily accessible to the local community.

Booking Our Meeting Rooms

Tigh an Urrais meeting rooms offer well-equipped spaces in a convenient and attractive location, and are available for use by local organisations and businesses.
​
There is no charge for use of the facilities by community groups with limited resources, corporate use of the building is charged. Please get in touch with us if you would like to book the space.
​
Note that a Trust staff member or Director must be present when the building is open, and this can limit availability for bookings.
