Staff
When the estate was purchased the Trust appointed a full time Development Officer and part time Administrator. Since then the number of staff has increased steadily; a Land Manager was appointed in 2006 and in 2009 an Energy Officer, Ranger and Assistant Administrator were appointed. In addition the Trust runs the Recycling Depot at Urgha and employs one staff member to man it.
