The successful purchase by the Trust included several lease arrangements with various parties, and these generate income for us.

The current list includes such items as communications masts and land use related to aquaculture.

It makes financial sense to maintain these and to extend them where at all possible when they come to renewal, to maximum benefit for the Trust.

In addition to the existing leases, the Trust has negotiated several new arrangements since the land purchase.
